CoreNutriva formulates standardized return and refund rules in accordance with U.S. commodity sales regulations, adhering to customer-oriented principles to fully protect consumers’ legitimate rights and interests.
Return Eligibility & Time Limit: Customers can apply for return, full refund or partial refund within 30 calendar days from the order delivery date. Qualified returned products must be unopened, unused, with complete original packaging and labels, and maintain resalable conditions.
Non-Returnable Provisions: For health and hygiene reasons, all opened, used, partially consumed or damaged supplements do not support returns or refunds. Customized products and clearance products are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Application Process: Customers shall initiate return applications through official website channels, providing accurate order number and detailed return reasons. Our team will review applications within 24-48 hours and issue official return authorization instructions. Unauthorized private returns will not be processed.
Return Shipping Fee Rules: Returns due to personal customer reasons shall bear the return shipping fee independently. Returns caused by product quality problems, shipping errors or in-transit damage shall be fully covered by our team, with free reshipment or full refund services provided.
Refund Processing Rules: After receiving and inspecting returned products to meet return standards, we will approve the refund application. The refund will be returned to the original payment account within 5-10 business days, with the actual arrival time subject to the processing rules of the payment institution.

Order Cancellation Rules: Unshipped orders can be canceled for free full refunds within 24 hours after placement. Orders that have entered processing, packaging or shipment stages do not support cancellation applications.
